At Graffix Plug, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-designed stickers and decals for automotive enthusiasts. Because many of our products are custom printed, our return and refund policies are structured accordingly.
Please review the policy below before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final on Custom Products
Due to the nature of custom-printed and made-to-order items, all sales are final once production has begun.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Custom stickers or decals

Personalized designs
-
Special color, size, or material requests

Limited-run or made-to-order items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom products unless the item arrives defective or incorrect due to our error.
Returns for Non-Custom (Standard) Products
If Graffix Plug offers non-custom, standard designs, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

Returned within 14 days of delivery

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Once received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the issue

Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

A replacement

A store credit

Installation Responsibility
Graffix Plug is not responsible for issues resulting from:

Improper installation
-
Installation on incompatible surfaces
-
Damage caused during or after application
-
Environmental exposure (sun, heat, chemicals, pressure washing, etc.)
We strongly recommend following all provided installation instructions or using a professional installer.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before production begins.
Once an order has entered production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by carriers

Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
